Out of the blue I printed our case online. We'd seen the papers a few days before filing and they were fine - well the papers we signed the day in the office - the lawyer dropped one creditor. I believe the account was purchased prior to the case being filed by another creditor already listed (and all calls of any type stopped so there is an assumption they were notified) but in any case, I'm a little leary of the situation. I guess it's a lesson that even though you pay a high priced lawyer, you might be getting a clerk doing your work (probably are).
The case is discharged, but not closed. Is it still possible to add a creditor? I'm in MA where "I believe" the general gist is a no asset case eliminates all claims from dischargeable debts accrued prior to filing.
I never in a million years thought the papers would change, but what they must have done was reprinted the previous sets of lists that were unedited.
I would rather do this right rather than fast...even if it costs us more money. If it's too late we'll have to keep our fingers crossed, if not, I'd like to get it amended.
