Is MA a circuit court state?

Just found some ridiculous charge for almost $600 in a pile of bills. Long story short it was for service never performed on a vehicle. Guy showed up and couldn't get his computer to work to hook up to the vehicle and left. They were supposed to call that day to reschedule and never did. Never saw another bill until now, almost a year later at $600! I'm going to send a certified letter that says basically stuff it, prove it with a signed contract or agreement for work. But, just wondering if MA is a circuit state in that a no asset case once discharged is in essence applied to all other debts?

ok, first, when did you file? what was your discharge date, and when did you supposedly "incur" the charge? all you might need to do is send a copy of your discharge papers and be done with it. Although, if its not showing on your credit report then why even open the can of worms????
