Will USAA close your checking account if you don't owe them any money?

I'm contemplating filing chapter 7. I have a checking account with USAA. I have renters insurance only. I don't have any loans or credit cards with them. If I file chapter 7, will they close my checking account. I heard that some banks or credit unions will close your account or freeze your funds if you file bankruptcy even if you don't owe them any money.

No. They did not close mine after I filed Chapter 13.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

Thanks for that information. I appreciate it. Oh, one more quick question. I assume they didn't freeze your account either? Thanks.

My accounts were not frozen. The only notorious bank to freeze an account is Wells Fargo. There may be individual credit unions that do so, but USAA is not a credit union.
