Is this something to be alarmed at? I have not heard a thing since my 341 on December 2nd. Maybe I just over worry?

Nothing to worry about. The 60 day mark is a deadline for creditors, or the United States Trustee (UST), to file a complaint known as a dischargeability complaint. Since that day has passed, and I assume no one filed a motion to extend that time, you are in the clear for a discharge.
Depending on where you filed, the discharge can take anywhere from 48 hours to a few weeks. If you are in PACER, just make sure you just the FLAGS under your Case Status. Make sure there are no flags.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
