Hello,

On the date we filed we looked at our account balnace and put those numbers on our paperwork. We realized tonight we used our "current balance" including pending transactions, not the posted balance. Our account balances are now $10 to $150 off depending on the account.

I will inform my lawyer, but will this be a huge deal? The balances posted 1 day after our filing. I'm nervous for our 341 meeting and scared this will affect us.

No, it isn't a big deal. What is more important is the amount of the claim each creditor files, assuming you have an asset case and creditors even file claims.
