Hey guys-

Can someone explain to me the retail store pre screen? I was in a retail store (my fav one) bought a shoe, he swiped my card and BOOM I was prescreened. First time EVER in my adult life that happened to me. Of course I opted out but Can someone please explain this to me lol what could they have went off of? Or is it like a random computer system.

I'm about 30days until my discharge date.
