Refinancing mortgage after discharge

I'm about to be through with my 13. I realize it will take a few months for the discharge to go through. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck refinancing their mortgage after the discharge? I was particularly interested in Quicken Loans. I'd love to take advantage of the low rates cause I currently pay 6.99% and don't want to wait until the 13 falls off my credit report.

My inquiries to the same question, so far, has been that I need to wait a year after discharge before attempting to refinance. I'm with you as my rate is 7.8% and all I want to do is refinance the balance and shorten the term. Hindsight being what it is, I should have filed sooner rather than attempt to pay down debt with a refi and using the equity from the house.
