Question about Home Path vs CAIVRS
Hello,
I'm on CAIVRS system since 2010 but the bank did not foreclose the house yet and they are taking their sweet time. I tried to buy a house and got approved but because of the CAIVRS that stopped. Some people stating that home path is another option, is that true? I thought all loans must go through CAIVRS? Can someone enlighten me please?
