    Modified case?

I was just notified that my attorney will be modifying my plan due to the number of creditors who made claims. I know not all of my creditors made claims. She said I would be getting everything in the mail. Well... I can't wait for the mail

I was wondering if this would affect my plan payment and/or the percentage I pay in (we are currently paying $1430/month and we are at 100% payback).

I'm not sure if any of you would be able to tell me (or guesstimate) because I'm no bankruptcy expert... but do you think my plan payment will more than likely go up or down? And do you think we'll still be at 100% payback after he modifies it?

Also, will we have to go back to a 341-type meeting for this?

    Thanks for any information!

Sounds like you'll still be 100% payback (can't go higher) but you'll be done sooner because some did not file claims. If they didn't file a claim, they miss out.

Not sure if they'll reduce the # of payments or lower your payment. But the end result should be that you pay less.

Thanks, I was hoping that was the case. As long as my payment doesn't go up, I'm a happy gal!
