Mortgage Analysis for Payment Change Letter

So, I got a copy of this letter today. It was also sent to my trustee and attorney. My mortgage is going down by $19. They included the escrow analysis to show why.

Do I need to do anything with this? Strange that they didn't sent this last year when my payment went up.

I seriously doubt the trustee is going to increase my plan by $19, right?

edit: I'm making my mortgage payments outside of the plan.

BoA filed a notice with the BK court when my mortgage payment decreased by about $80. My plan payment did not change. Your trustee could insist on an increase in payment, but I hope he/she has better things to do than go after $20 a month.

I received a letter like that about 9 months ago. My mortgage payment decreased by about $40 and my plan payment has not changed.

My payment went down significantly due to an ARM rate adjustment and the bank didn't notify anyone but me. Two months later, they did an escrow analysis changing the revised payment by $30 a month and sent it to the court and the trustee. On about page 5 of the notice, they listed the old payment and the new payment and I thought for sure I would have to defend the lack of additional disposable income. Met with my attorney and he didn't think the trustee would do anything other than put the notice in a file. Apparently, most of the analysis that is done is based on the tax returns provided, and since my income hasn't increased, he didn't think the trustee would even notice the change.

Thanks for all the replies. So, I'll just file this away with the other mounds of paperwork.

I'm sure it will go up again. Last year they insisted on giving me refund for escrow now i am short.
