Debtor fail to devote all income

one more question i dont understand this line?
The debtor fails to devote all income to the chapter 13 plan as evidenced by debtors schedule and budget;therefore, creditor desires a modification to the plan which mandates all disposable income to be paid into plan.

Your creditor thinks you have more disposable income than your plan states. As HHM and many other forum members told you earlier in your related thread http://www.bkforum.com/showthread.ph...3-plan..-HELP-!!! , your lawyer seems to have things well in hand.

Chances are this will all blow over in time. Don't get mired down in the legal details - that's your lawyer's job and that's what you are paying your lawyer to do for you. Keep the big bk picture in sight (for example, rather than worrying about the gray shadings of bk legal language, focus instead on making your Ch 13 payments on time until this resolves). Keep in mind that it is likely to take awhile so as hard as it is, put on your patience hat and let your lawyer do his/her job representing you.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
