My Attorney told me prior to being confirmed that I needed to send my tax return to Jacksonville,Fl. Im still waiting for him to get back with me but thought I could get a quick response here. I am confirmed. Can I do my taxes electronicaly or do I need to send to Jacksonville,Fl ?

I apologize, but I also do not understand why you should send your return to Jacksonville, when you are in Tampa. At least that is what I understand from your Username. We were a Ch7 and did not have the income tax issue, per se, although the bulk of our debt was/is to the IRS.
We simply kept sending our material to the CPA, and he sent it out, after we signed it.
Can you provide a little more information?
