How Long does it take to get paperwork ?

been paying into the plan for 8 months. Got confirmed a couple weeks ago. I would like a document from the trustee/court showing my plan and payment stuff. The Girl at the Attorney's office said it takes a while. I dont see a current status on Pacer either.

Im a little uneasy sending my payment every month without documentation.
