    If you file your taxes electronically -- or even on paper -- and check the "Where's My Refund?" link on the IRS website, you'll eventually see that it says "delayed" and has an associated reason code. Both years that happened to me, I still received my tax refund on the original scheduled Friday without any delay!

        They would be under the same restrictions. However, I have no experience in that area since Florida is kind enough to not tax the citizens and workers of Florida any Employment Tax!
