    BK in WA

    Bit of history ....

I filed a CH 7 (Discharged OCT 05) after my ex burned our house down.

Well some odd years later more turmoil happens and I find myself riddled with garnishment after garnishment which has caused evictions and almost me losing my job.

    Here is my question ...

I dont know if I make enough to actually afford paying the minimums from calculators I found.

My take home is about 30,000/yr

My total outstanding garnishments are 20,000 (car, 2 evictions) + random other creditors at about 10,000.

I own nothing besides an 03 Ford Explorer outright.

I also owe about 50,000 in student loans which I understand you cannot discharge regardless but am hoping to forbear at least or make small payments.

I am having difficulty finding the money to start (they want $500 in my area) but I need to or we will be homeless at what they are taking for garnishments.

I am in the state of WASHINGTON if that helps

    I appreciate any advice!

I will send you private message. My attorney took nothing up front. We just had to pay the court costs.
