I recently noticed on our Chapter 13 Trustee's website, that not quite a year into our Chapter 13 we had our attorney's fee's paid..Now my question is we also have 2 car loans and a dell account that is to be paid 100%, but I noticed on this last payment she only sent them the set monthly amount and started disbursement payments to some of my credit cards. Is this common? I guess I was under the impression that the trustee and attorney would get paid in full first, and then the vehicles (with the extra monthly money going to them) and then the credit cards. Am I assuming wrong?

Each trustee tends to have their own way of disbursing funds. Here's the best part - you don't have to care how or when it's done. Your creditors that filed claims have no choice but to take what the trustee sends them whenever it's sent.
Instead of fretting over how your trustee is disbursing funds (something you have zero control over), turn all that energy into working to hone your budget. A far more productive use of your timeI am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
