    Confirmed!

    After filing in late October, of last year, 341 in January, continued for what seemed like an eternity, it is finally official.


    If you have doubts about this process, please trust me on this: BK Forum will help you get through it and it is better to file and be protected by law, than to sit and wait to be slayed.

    Congratulations on being confirmed at long last, Crozier! Another major bk milestone achieved! Now it's just make those payments on time and do your best to stay under your trustee's radar. Good luck!

    01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
    06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
    Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

      Congratulations! I was also confirmed on Monday - I found out from looking at my court's schedule. Yes this forum is a Godsend for all of us. I am now waiting to receive my confirmed plan and hoping for no nasty surprises (ugh!).
