Pacer shows nothing recent, and I know I had a hearing back on the 15th.
It was regarding the motion to extend time to cure. Our attorney's office called that day after we inquired and said it was approved and to be sure to continue with our payments. We received nothing in the mail, and there is nothing on Pacer. Of course, the friday prior to the hearing we met with additional legal counsel to try to fix this mess of a case and he is going to file a chapter 7 for us. So our current attorney is supposed to dismiss our ch13 case- she called DH on Wednesday and said she took care of the dismissal and mailed out a letter to **garble*** (couldn't make out the voicemail) and sent a copy to us along with our original documents.
Doesn't it seem odd that nothing is on Pacer from our hearing back on the 15th? And two days after she supposedly mailed things to us we've received nothing from the crummy attorney yet (and she's in the same town for crying out loud). What "letter" could she possibly be talking about? Call me cynical, but I'm just betting she messes this up one last time for old times sake -you know?
