Budget Allowances?

Do they allow monthly lawn treatments and a cleaning service for your house or are those totally out?

Please don't flame me if those sound like stupid questions - I'm just trying to get all my budget "ducks" in a row and the attorney I saw gave me hardly any info.

You could probably get away for budgeting for those if everyone in the house was unable to perform those tasks themselves (disabled, elderly, etc.). Otherwise they would be considered luxury expenses.

Example, I budgeted for lawn service because I am disabled and my wife has a bad back. The lawyer thought it would be pushing it also asking for a cleaning service, we are able to do it on our own anyway, its really the lawn maintence neither of us can do.
