Meeting with 1st Attorney Tomorrow
We have our 1st meeting with an Attorney tomorrow, and I am hoping everyone will have questions to share that I should ask or important information to keep in mind while talking to the attorney.
Facts
- 20k in Credit Card debt including 7k to Rooms to Go and Dell
-2 cars - we are wanting to let one car go back in the BK (both financed w/no equity)
-Rental Property that we are unsure what to do with, it is up for short sale currently and the bank is not accepting any offers. Amount Owed 100k listed for 60k would likely sell for around 50k
-Cannot file Ch. 7 due to spouse filing in May 03
Very little extra income after all allowable expenses from what I can tell. Also can I include an upcoming childcare expense that will begin in July?
