Lost Payment address AZ

We are in AZ and have Russell Brown...I could have posted the address but was off the boards the last few days.....glad you found it.

I printed 6 months worth of envelopes with the trustee's address etc all done and I also printed sheets to send each month with all our info. I take one of my envelope/sheets with me to the bank and then go mail the money order and stuff all at once.

yes...I am anal.

I can't believe how long some of you have waited for confirmation. My lawyer said it would be months and I was hoping by the end of the year. We filed in July.

OK, yeah I am NOT that organized! But, I did call the trustee office that Monday and she said it was no big deal. She also said (she being the secretary) most people are NOT confirmed in AZ for quite some time. She said due to the new laws and such ( I guess for homeowners) it is putting that off a bit. Im not concerned. I did find out that most of my creditors did file claims. It is never posted on the 13datacenter she said.

We have a different Trustee. Our Trustee sent us pre-printed stickers to put on the envelope as to where the letter is being sent to and another sticker to put on the money order as to who it is suppose to be made out to.

its nice to know there are others in AZ with similar situations....we are not alone.

we are lien stripping and have high unsecured...I guess I won't be surprised its next year for confimation.

I haven't heard anything yet on that...I was figuring we would know when we got our confirmations.

I am concerned we are going to owe next year, we are lien stripping a 2nd and a 3rd...there goes 6 months of deductible interest

I ordered a package of 50 envelopes from the USPS website, preprinted with "forever" postage and my return address, then printed the trustee's address on all of them. Didn't want any excuse not to immediately send payment after getting paid on the 15th of each moth.
