Loan mod. and filing a motion

Just got approved for a nortgage loan mod. Loan negotiator said all I yave to do is ask the BK judge to approve the new rate/monthly payment.

Does anyone know what "Motion" is filed to have this approved with the court?

Is it a Motion to Modify loan?

Btw, my mortgage is paid outside of my plan and I am at 100 percent plan.
