Hardship Dischard... so ordered.

Just wanted to share!

I was 6 months in to a 60 month plan and received a hardship discharge on Friday. It is great to be done with the plan already (of course, the circumstances that warrant it are not good, but that's another story).

The trustees objection was duly noted by the judge "however, if this is not a hardship, I don't know what is".

Do I qualify for the worlds shortest sucessfull chapter 13 plan?

Wow. While I say Congratulations on the one hand... I'm sorry for your misfortune on the other hand. It is not easy to get a hardship discharge in a Chapter 13... and 6 months in, at that!

I hope you can use this time and fresh-start to your advantage.
