    newbie--so many questions

I am new to this forum. I filed for 13 last october and have been making the payments via payroll garnishment. Since then, I have gotten another job in addition to the one I listed in my BK. Will this change the amount I have to pay in each month? I don't know how long I can handle working 2 jobs, but for the time being, I must--after making my monthly payment from my first job, I have $80 a week to live on. That pays for food, gas, car insurance and utilities, I just couldn't make it on that.
Second question: I have been keeping track of the progress of my BK on 13data.com Here in the last couple of months, there hasn't been any activity listed, no employer payments, no disbursement, nothing--does this mean something bad or are they that far behind.
Third question: The way the info is listed on 13data.com it looks as if once my BK is discharged my house will be paid for completely. Am I reading the info wrong or does this sound right?
I know I really should ask my lawyer, but it takes an act of God to get in touch with him. Any help anyone can offer would be great.

Technically, it could as it's additional monthly income and can affect your disposable monthly income. This will, in turn, likely affect your Plan payments.

It reads as though maybe your Chapter 13 plan wasn't setup correctly. Even if you're single, you shouldn't only have $80/week for food, gas, car insurance and utilities!!! Something is terribly WRONG with your Plan.

I don't know whether they keep 13data fully up to date or not. Mine doesn't reflect reality.

Does your lawyer have a paralegal or other legal staff which you can send questions to? This is part of the (monitoring) fee!!!
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
