Knew I would get bit in the A** in the end, but its my fault.

Ok, help here people. Just before leaving work, I decided I would check PACER. The Response to Notice of Final Cure Payment was just filed. All past due paid up.
HOWEVER, I have not been able to make my May or June payment due to medical bills and BOTH cars needing immediate repairs in order to be safe to drive. And BOA is selling my mortgage as of July 1, 2016 to Carrington Mortgage Group. I just sent my attorney an email stating that I will pay half of the 1530 due on July 8th and the other half on July 13, when Hubby's SSDI Check comes in. Will that satisfy the court once they have proof that its been paid?
    HELP!

There's no way to tell but unless and until the Trustee files a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Maintain Payments or something, then you should be fine. It's so harsh to get to the finish line, only to trip 2 feet away from completion.

I cannot tell you how to cure the issue other than to stay in contact with your attorney. We lost my income(primary bread winner) for almost four months and the trustee filed for dismissal of the case. I was able to bring it current two days before the hearing and the trustee dropped it. This was in my last year of a five year plan. Whew!!!!
      11/23/'10-filed ch 13. 1/6/'11-341, confirmed. Below median. Plan completed 11/30/2015. DISSCHARGED 4/4/2016.JP
