    341 Today....

    Hi, We had our 341 meeting this morning. It was pretty much what I expected, but the trustee wasn't asking the questions, someone else was. Not sure if that is normal or not. The lady had some questions on the means test, but since we were negative, she didn't bother. She said she would recommend for confirmation.

    So, I hope that is good news, and will now wait for that to take place.... Anyone know how long it typically takes for confirmation to occur?

    Congratulations on your sucessful meeting. From what I have read, it seems to take about two months for you to be notified that your plan has been confirmed. That will depend on your district, though.

      It does depend on your local court's procedures. My plan was confirmed on the day of my 341.
