New Jersey 341 - Painless

I have not posted much on here but have received some great information. Going through a bk is such a stressful time and sometimes the information available on here and elsewhere can cause more stress! I wanted to briefly share my 341 story from last Friday in NJ.

I met with my attorney before I went into the room and he gave me a quick run-down of my case and the trustee. It went off without a hitch. He asked a few basic questions and that was really it. Now it's just wait the obligatory 60 days and hopefully put this behind me and move on into a positive direction.

There are horror stories out there but they are the minority.

that is so good to hear I am filing for Chapter 13 in New Jersey with my husband this September I have been sick to death over this, playing everything out in my mind. All the what if's are driving me crazy. I am glad you had a good experience I pray mine will be a good one as well I am just so anxious to start fresh again.
