341 today and I'm gonna be sick!

All this anticipation for this to finally be over with. I can hardly breathe. I know it's not supposed to be a big deal. My husband is the one who filed, but I am the one who has handled pretty much EVERYTHING! So, I'm a little nervous he won't know how to answer stuff, but I've kept him in the loop and he knows what is going on... we've practiced possible questions. He's just not one to take on stuff like this. Plus, he likes to give details.. so I've been drilling him not to give too much information thanks to all the advice on this forum!

I'll be back later with a report!!

If you get this before you leave off, I found it better under stress, not to practice as that question will never come up, some off the wall one will. Be cool and calm as you have nothing to worry about if you have nothing to hide. You will do just fine and looking forward to your report. 'Hub

      Thanks Hub

It started off kind of rocky b/c I was ready to kill my husband when he took us to the WRONG PLACE! I am so glad I was adamant about being an hour early! We finally found the right place and it was like we were all a herd of sheep! Craziness. And it was soooooooo slow. Even the attorneys were complaining about how slow it was. My husband finally got called up and the trustee asked first if he was still at the same address and if he had disclosed all information in the petition.. blah blah blah. Then the trustee immediately jumped to the stocks. My husband explained about them not vesting for 4 years or whatever.. we were made an asset case and the trustee told us to make an offer to buy the stocks back from him. We'll see how that goes!! But, that was the only issue and we knew that was going to happen.

The trustee was really nice. I liked him a lot. He was friendly and happy, but stern and serious.

So, even though we're now an asset case, we're still in the 60 day club, right?
