I have a quick question. The trustee wants documents of certain expenses. What expenses is he looking for? Waiting for the attorney to get back to us but he's taking forever!

Reading through everyone's posts about how easy the meeting is is helping a little but I'm still really nervous!!

It would be some expense listed on Schedule J. The only person who can tell you more than that is your attorney or the trustee.

Hopefully you heard from your attorney by now. If not, don't worry. You can provide whatever the trustee requests after the 341.

Thanks Lady in the red! Attorneys secretary got back to us stating the we didn't need to be concerned with the letter sent by the trustee. He sends that to everyone since alot of people file pro se.

And the meeting was as easy as everyone here has stated! One thing did go wrong but I posted in the chapter 13 forum looking for advice.
