    creditor still reporting after bankruptcy

    Background:
    Filed 7/31/09
    Discharged 11/23/09

We have a HELOC that we have paid on time and over the minimum since '07. It was included in the bankruptcy and not reaffirmed.

Pulled FICO score and under the analysis, it showed that the HELOC was reporting as derogatory 1 month old.

Disputed Equifax and they said nothing to change. Contacted TransUnion and they said to call creditor.
Called creditor and they said they have the right to report it and is sending me a dispute form.

    What do I do?

    Thanks for all your help!

dispute it and send a copy of the discharge...if they don't remove it the reporting agency is in violation of federal law.
