    First Mortgage reporting incorrect info

I recently checked my credit report and everyone but my first mortgage company were reporting Included in Bankruptcy. I filed a dispute and it came back with the reply that everything reported was accurate. I am unsure as what to do next. My mortgage company was reporting me late and stated that foreclosure procedings have started. We filed chapter 7 and surrendered the home and have allready been discharged as of June 30. Wouldnt they have to report included in bankruptcy as well?
From this day on I move FORWARD!!!
    Filed Chapter 7 on 3/20/09!
    Discharged 6/2009

What you are probably encountering here is that they can list your late payments and other information prior to your filling date on your reports. As the credit reporting agency(ies) probably advised you with your dispute results, you will have to contact the mortgage company directly to try to have any information changed on any of your credit reports.
