After discharge no Reaffairment what happend if they repossed the car

Car company ask me to sign a reaffairment aggrement but i did not sign it, my laywer told me just keep the insurance and they will call you after 2 or 3 month to reposed the car, and they did call me and i offer them if theh want to sell it to me, so they ask for mileage and condition of the car. My question is that i already discharge, if they reposed the car, what happend.

In my case, they repo my car after 7 months of discharge as I stopped making payment. I didn't reaffirm it. They didn't report about repossession because it already included in BK.
