anyone had experience with chrysler financial after discharge? My 13 discharged in november. I have an old chrysler account showing on my credit report as fine. I also included chrysler in my bk, but they were paid all that was owed (not a cram down amount).

Chrylser turned me down and reason stated was prior BK.....but who knows. It never makes much sense. Its worth a try! I used cap one blank check instead.Chapter 7 Pro Se....Discharged Feb. 2006 -
I had a problem with Chrysler Financial before Filing ch 13. I had traded a car in to a local chevy dealer in 1999.The local dealer sent chrysler the payoff amount and they released the title to the car (Dodge Stratus) then local dealer sold the car. Well 2002 (2 yrs later)I recieve a phone call from Chrysler that the dealer didn't send in the correct payoff amount and that they never release the title and that they only sent dealer a copy of the title (Which is illegal) and That I owed another 1000 dollars and after I told them that it was between them and the local dealer because car was traded in.They sent it to 9 different collection agencies trying to collect. The funny thing is on my credit report it never showed that I owed anything but I did notice that it showed the account as open. My ADVICE would be To NEVER EVER Deal with Chrysler Financial.Comment
