Reply to Garnishment after BankruptcyI would point out to them that you have recourse. I would write a nice letter that explains their violation of the discharge gives you the basis for a civil contempt proceeding...then the next biggie, you *could* (not necessarily would) get the BK court to have them pay you damages, plus attorneys05-01-2009, 06:49 AM
