Ok, our meeting with our 2nd Attorney was today and......gasp....we LOVED him! We are going to retain him tomorrow. His fee is $1400, retainer $100. The rest is payable by Sept 2. We are going to break it up by paycheck about $260/paycheck. I am so ready to get the ball rolling. We've decided for sure to give up the house, but keep the cars. He said after we pay the $100 we can tell our creditors to call him. So that's a HUGE relief!! Now I am going to spend the next couple of weeks catching up on utilities and car payments and getting all of the info ready to file! I feel better already
