Hi Philajackie, I just responded to your post and thought I would try to message you on here. I too am a business owner who finds myself on the brink of bankruptcy. I have hovered over these boards for months researching, and I have found so much great info. But it is hard to find other business owners who are goiing through the same situation. If you would let me know how your 341 went after if its over i would really appreciate it. I am so scared they are going to take my business (it is a service business "hair salon" and we have very little inventory and our stations and chairs are over 10 yers old). Anyway I will be very interested in hearing how things went and if they let you keep your business, and if you are declaring a personal bankruptcy or business bankruptcy. Basically I would like to "pick your brain" lol. Marsha
