I removed the infraction. I intended to only issue a warning, not to have your privileges revoked. I apologize. There is no manual available to moderators and I was previously told that issuing an infraction does not result in a removal of priveledges. I now know otherwise.

To get to the required post count, you should make meaningful posts. That's how we know you are somebody who wants to partipate in the forum and not somebody who wants to start spamming members.
