Chapter13 will be done 2/2/13 I have a small delinquency of 1.88% after 60 months. This is because of an increase in income we did not anticipate. All income tax forms have been sent to trustee. The trustee has not asked for the additional amount, but it shows up on network13. Should I pay this direct or wait and let my attorney handle it. I would ask him but he refuses to return my many calls. I have 2 and a half months left and do not want to have a problem with the discharge.
