Thanks JB. I'm just frightened because my numbers didn't reflect proper expenses the first time and we forgot about my tax return and another item when doing the means test and filing the original schedule. Hopefully filing Chapter 13 conversion will give me the opportunity to make sure the mistakes are corrected. I'm not sure how this is looked upon but I'm told by the lawyer that I won't be in trouble since we're correcting the mistakes.
