Hi! Sorry, just now saw your message. Yes, I filed a Ch 7 and I actually had my 341 today. My situation was pretty easy. I don't know if I'd do much differently. I'm in the KC area. I still wish I'd found a less expensive attorney, but don't we all. I paid $1600 with no real assets. I reaffirmed my car. All of my debt was credit card. I'm not sure of your situation so I don't know what tips I can give you, but the one thing I wish I had was more time to prepare. I felt like at the end I was trying to use up as much cash as possible without it looking like I was committing fraud and I'd wished I'd had more time to think about it and I might have paid my car insurance forward or something like that. I don't know what tips I can offer, but let me know what questions you have.
