Is it 60 days from the 341?

Hi We Filed on 7/28/08 and our 341 is scheduled for 8/19/08. So will our discharge date if all goes well be 60 days from the date of filing or 60 days from the 341 meeting.

Is it the same if the 341 is rescheduled?

Our original notice of the Filing of the BK, the 341 Meeting, and the Deadlines gave the date of 8/26/08 as the deadline date to for objections to discharge and 30 days from the conclusion of the 341 to object to asset exemptions.

Our attorney requested the 341 be rescheduled due to his vacation. We received a notice with the new date (7/25/08) and time.

Then we received an additional notice with a time change (same date as newly scheduled date). That notice specifically stated that all the information from the original 341 notice remained the same, with the exception of the meeting info.

Pacer still lists the deadline as 8/26/08. Do you think that will remain the deadline or it just hasn't been changed in the system?

I think the deadline on PACER will remain the deadline, unless an extension is filed (autodischarge is based on this date).
