discharge for continued 341?

My 341 was originally scheduled for 1/17. I showed up and the meeting was continued because trustee did not have my tax returns with him. The continued meeting was rescheduled for 2/25, but my atty faxed the forms over and I never had to go back. When can I expect a discharge? I didn't know when the 61 days starts counting. I am in the northern district of ga.

So you never actually had to meet with a trustee> Wow! Why didn't he have your tax info? Did you have to supply bank statements or anything else? Our mtg in north district of GA is tomorrow.

No I did meet with a trustee on 1/17, but somewhere along the way my tax returns were lost. The meeting showed in pacer as "held, but continued" for 2/25. But the atty just faxed the returns over to them and it was settled. Blaze who is your atty? You can pm it to me.

The time lines for BK are based off of your FIRST SCHEDULED 341 meeting. Thus, if your 341 meeting gets continued, that event DOES NOT throw off those time lines.

My initial 341 was on 10/14 and in status on Pacer it says Terminated. I attended this 341 as well. But, my lawyer forgot to bring the reaff agreements, so Trustee was very nice and said for lawyer to get them to him by 10//23 (continuation mtg. set on Pacer). The reaff's were all that Trustee was waiting on.

My question? With the Terminated status being stated on Pacer in connection with the docket posting of the First 341 on 10/14, does that mean that the 341 was closed then? Even with the delivery of the reaff's by 10/23? What date did the 30 day objections to Exemptions begin now?

All reaff's have been posted now on Pacer
No Trustee report yet, and it is 11/14.
It is very quiet right now on Pacer.
In your opinion, what is happening here?
