The office staff says the attorney is still reviewing my case and it is not unusual for it to take this long . the attorney asked for a few more updated bank statements a month ago and that was the last i heard from her. I am trying to be patient it might benefit me seems I won't have to worry about the 90 day rule. O yeah and tax return was in feb now so hopefully it won't sku my case either now.

Sounds like your attorney has too much to do, I can't believe it has taken her this long to file if your paid up! Gosh, once I made my final payment to my lawyer I was filed the very next day!

Yeah - ours took that long too. It's frustrating, I know. Our attorney's office had one attorney out on maternity leave the VERY week we hired them, so that's what our slowdown was from. We live in Michigan - the worst economy in the country.

do you mean ebay earnings? Do you have to tell them about that? I am going to file a chpt 13 and I list on ebay from time to time and not sure if I have to tell them.

Ebay is a source of income assuming you are making money from it.

Thus you do have to list it. However if you've not been paying taxes on it the last few years you could be in a heap of trouble.

It is better to list it in the bankruptcy than to risk dismissal if the Trustee discovers himself.

Some lawyers take 2 - 3 months to file. Others less time.

It is not unusual, hang in there . I hope you get filed soon.
