Does anyone know the Florida Statute for vacating a judgement? I called the clerk of court and no one seemed to know information on it. She just told me I would have to pay $50 for the case to be reopened and the judge to look at the information.

Ive done a bit of research on the subject and have the basics down. I asked my attorney about representing me post discharge to vacate two judgements. She said that it is included in the bankruptcy and asked for the documentation on them. Can a judgement be vacated pre-discharge? Or did she misunderstand...

I haven't been on here in FOREVER but wanted to just leave a quick note. I was sued in March 2010 and received a judgment against me for just under 5K. Nothing has happened since. Never received any word from the court after the judgment was filed. Never received any paperwork....

Once I get my discharge, I'm going to need to vacate a judgment. Just one problem, the court where the judgment was obtained is in another state. (I lived there at the time.)

How do I go about this motion to vacate? (I'm pro-se.) Do I need to have the judgment domesticated to my new...

CU got a Judgement against me and I filed about 2 weeks later. Im discharged now, is there anything I should do? I've checked the county clerk website and it just says its adjudicated.Its only been about a week but I just want to make sure I'm on top of it and I dont want any surprises from it.

I am listing judgements on schedule F and have included the courthouse on the matrix.

Where else do i put these on the filing forms?

filed bk in july
equifax report shows all accts iib except a credit card from credit one bank. it still has a balance of 599.00 and shows as a chargeoff
i have disputed twice thru equifax...what is my next step?
also a judgement that was rendered in june didnt show up on my credit...
