I can't make heads or tails if the 99rs are covered in this new tax bill that passed. Did the 99rs finally get included in the new compromise tax bill / 13 month unemployment extension bill????

YES!!! the extension for unemployment just passed for another 13 months!!!!!!!


and both tax cuts stayed in place...for the middle class and those making over 250k....whoooopppeee!!!

The U.S. Labor Department announced some dispiriting numbers on Friday. The unemployment rate is now at 9.8 percent, up from 9.6 in October. There were 39,000 new jobs, many fewer than are needed for a recovery.

I was listening to the news as I do pretty much 24/7 and the latest I am hearing is both republicans and dems are up for the UI extensions, but we will likely run into the same problem that happened during the summer, whereby the republicans want it paid for with the current budget and the dems don't....

well...i don't know who else got the new about the senate voting on the bill which stopped the extended unemployment benefits...

we just got the news yesterday while filing for the week...NEWS....your extension is now stopping...really??? when did this happen, we thought we had a few...
