My Payment got Lost!
I am in a 60 month 13, paid 52 mos so far. I sent my payment as usual, and it got lost. I called the trustees office(I speak to them, and its ok with them and my attorney), and they said I would have to find a way to make it up. It was a cashiers check and the bank will not stop payment for 90 days.... -

We noticed on our Trustee's semi-annual report the Trustee paid numeorus old medical bills from 2006-2008 in the year 2010 via our Plan. Also, made payment with including interest on a 'business" vehicle. Since they were paid in 2010 would think we could claim them..but... -

13datacenter shows debtor refund check disbursed August 31st. How long should I expect it to take to arrive in the mail? Any experiences....is it different depending on the trustee involved, I'm in Portland Oregon. It does feel good to be nearing completion, 39month 100% payback $1653 per month. -
