Why does my PACER status say awaiting first meeting when my first meeting was ove r2 weeks ago? -
PACER Flag Question
I have a the following on PACER:
Case type: bk Chapter: 7 Asset: No
Pending Status: Awaiting First Meeting.
However, I have had my 341 on 9/2
and Flag is NODIS, which from the dictionary of acronyms means "Do Not Issue Discharge"
