Want to rent a house. How to make sure it isn't in foreclosure?
Does anyone have any suggestions to avoid being placed in that situation? Would it be tacky/wrong to ask for a current bank statement to verify it's caught up? -
Will tenants have to move if trustee takes houses?
If the trustee takes rental properties to sell them for equity to distribute to the creditors, will my tenants have to move before their leases end? I found this article saying no, but I don't know if it only applies to Massachusetts. I'm in FL. -
