We filed BK in Oct 2010-lawyer advised us to move out of house before 341 hearing-we did-end of Oct. 341 hearing Nov-10-surrendered house-trustee asked if we were out-yes. BK discharged Jan'11.
As of today: title still in our names: house vacant. No foreclosure...
