I have begun to research filing CH7 for medical bills incurred last summer. I read in another thread in this forum, that I would be required to present 2 years worth of tax returns. I have not had sufficient income to file. Does this mean I am precluded from filing BK?

Filed end of Oct but have to add something....
I filed BK7/no asset end of Oct.
In the beginning of Oct, we had an emergency room visit. One bill came through before I filed, so that was submitted. Another JUST came through, same visit, but an additional bill. Seems this hospital bills things separately, one for Dr, one for hospital....

hospital and doctors - delay of invoices
My wife incurred medical expenses a few weeks prior to filing, approx 70K. One of the bills was included in the Chapter 7 filing, approx 33K; however, the hospital and doctors are refraining to send any further invoices. What should I do, withdrawal and then refile chapter 7? Is there a 2-month wait...
